Free Shipping Over $65 (U.S. Only)
All domestic orders of $65 or more ship free — a small offering of gratitude for bringing our creations into your rituals.
Processing Time
Each order is crafted and packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your items to be prepared before shipment.
Domestic Delivery
Orders under $65 ship at a flat, transparent rate based on weight and destination.
Most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days once dispatched.
International Shipping
We are honored to ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by region (typically 7–21 business days) depending on customs and local couriers.
Customs, Duties & VAT
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
All parcels are shipped with accurate customs declarations to ensure smooth processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your parcel feels delayed or seems lost, please reach out. We’re here to support you and will gladly help locate your package or offer the best next step.
Returns & Refunds
We want your experience to feel grounded, nourishing, and intentional. If something arrives in less-than-perfect condition or isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, contact us with your order number and a brief note.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must arrive in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees (except in cases of our error)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund — your experience matters deeply to us.
Refund Timing
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the process.
