How to Use

Light Stilla whenever you need to land.

Sit or lie comfortably. Soften your gaze on the flame, or close your eyes entirely.

Place one hand on your belly, one on your heart. Breathe slowly: four counts in, six counts out.

Let the scent guide you back to stillness.

Care & Safety

• Trim wick to ¼" before each burn
• Burn within sight on a heat-resistant surface
• Keep away from drafts, children, and pets
• Allow wax to melt to edges on first burn (2-3 hours)
• Discontinue when ½" of wax remains
